“Kirk and the rest of the team were all excellent! Kirk was personable, easy to work with, and answered all of my many questions with patience. He definitely knows what he's doing and even recommended that we stick with our gable vents since we had no moisture issues in our attic and our home was originally engineered to use gable vents - the ridge vent that all the other companies were insisting needed to be installed would not only have cost more, but wouldn't have worked since apparently our "vented" soffit actually has plywood over it inside our attic! Everyone was timely and professional, and the guys were kind enough to put a couple pieces of aluminum siding that recently blew off in a wind storm back on - at no additional cost - we really appreciate it ! The merlot color looks beautiful with our bricks and the new gutters take it all to the next level. We definitely got the value that we paid for and highly recommend this company. Thanks to everyone at Red Cedar for an awesome job!”
“I would recommend this company highly. They were professional from the initial quote to the completed project. They paid great attention to detail. Their communication was great and they reviewed the entire scope of work with us and gave us great options. The crew that worked the job cleaned up and tried to minimize damage to our gardens. They were even courteous about making sure our neighbors had ample parking. Our roof looks fabulous.”
“We started getting moisture in our attic and had several roofers come look at our house. We finally had 2 that discovered our soffit boxes were clogged, but Marty discovered they were not just clogged but boarded shut and that is why our attic wasn't getting proper ventilation. Due to this, we had some mold to get rid of in our attic as well, and they worked with the other company to come clean the mold while the roof was off.Everything went smoothly with both companies day of. We did have one issue with a branch being cut off our tree without being asked. Unfortunately, this tree is our tree with the kids treehouse in it and it was their favorite branch that they could hang from and play on. The workers are supposed to check before cutting branches and they did not. Marty felt bad and did what he could to help make the situation better. Marty worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the work.”
